Back in the 1980s, my dad bought some land, south of Palm Bay and started to build a golf course. On the land. He ran out of funding between the mortgage payment for the land and the construction cost.

Today, I'm continuing that vision. Our goal is to create world-class developments that combine real estate, wellness and community to build a lasting legacy in Florida.

We are currently looking for property in the Disney World area near Orlando, Florida to bring this golf course community vision to life.
